Hello everyone. I'm excited to join BiggerPockets and learn all I can about investing. I recently started staging homes in the Atlanta, GA area. I'm currently working with a few investors (homes ranging from $200k to $600K). Things have been going well and I'm looking forward to growing my business. I'm originally from Lynchburg, VA and worked in the federal government contracting industry for 20+ years. Looking forward to learning as much as I can about this industry in hopes of purchasing some homes in the future.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
