BP just started a Community called PassivePockets (full disclosure, they started it through acquiring my company Left Field Investors) - and the mission of the Community is to help LP investors learn and grow together. 

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

My goal is to learn from experienced members, exchange insights, and build connections with like-minded individuals who are passionate about growing in the real estate market.
