It seems disingenuous to label on type of investing as speculative and dangerous. 

I am unaware of anything you can do to automate that (there could be a software solution out there). 

We need to have real solutions that protect property rights while creating safeguards for community residents.My second biggest issue is that we are not putting in place a policy that is aggressive enough to create new communities.

Plus they seem hard to sell further down the line because they have such a small buyer pool.Finding a good local property manager could be a solution, but I wouldn't know where to start with that. 

I've spoken to a few lenders, and none of had solutions to this.
