Hello all, Today, I went to see a duplex today, and what I witnessed was....horrible to say the least.

It was horrible. 

You can have great wifi and horrible internet bandwidth or the other way around.

It's just horrible if things go south and not only would you lose a business partner, but a family member also.  

The ones that still do only go up to 60-65% LTV but the rates are horrible. 

Hence the act of putting up a bunch of quick questions and submitting the post 10 times before the horrible network will actually let me post.  

Just read the other horrible p-ship nightmare story on BP right now.

@Brent CoombsBrent, in an ideal world I too would pay cash, but it could be argued that a 4% yield is horrible and relying on capital gain can be dangerous; why so many people on BP have pulled out of the stock market is to achieve 8-15%.

However, the people who rent from them give USREEB horrible reviews.

But most studies show financial support for adult children is a horrible idea that leads to subpar adults.
