I have put a lot of sweaty equity into this property by re-doing almost everything including interior/exterior paint, new flooring, new bathroom vanities, new privacy fence, and much more!

@Spencer Gartz If there’s one in her apartment get rid of it but I wouldn’t get rid of them from the exterior.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better but even if the roof pancakes flat the interior and exterior walls should support that weight, even though (of course) the house will be totally uninhabitable until the entire roof structure is rebuilt.

We are entirely new to the process so we're leaning towards going with a GC to make things easy, but been reading too many horror stories, waitlists, delays etc.Some planned reno includes: kitchen and bathrooms, wall tiling, fencing, exterior & interior painting, window treatments.Thank you!

Added vinyl windows, vinyl exterior trim (soffit, facia, some exterior walls, carport ceiling), new architectural roof, new cabinets and granite in kitchen, new fixtures and cabinets/tops as well as tile in baths.
