I think about my son, daughter(arriving in 2 weeks), and wife and how great it would be to retire as young as possible. 

Interesting @Mike M. ...this property was apparently a gift to the owners daughter who could not handle home ownership...You know, it's weird, the owner seemed pretty down to earth despite the condition of the property.

@Liam Silva My daughter and other students rented a bedroom in a 4/2 SFR during college in Texas, because she did not want to live on campus anymore; the 3 students had their own bedroom, but shared the hallway bathroom. 

In the past I was a single man, but now I have a wife and two daughters – so I need to make sure I am able to keep a roof over their heads and food on their table first and foremost.I’ve been a member for about a week and a half now and I have already learned a ton of new info.

I am married and we have a son age 4 and a daughter age 2.

My goals is to fund my youngest daughters college fund, create some passive income, become financially independent, and conquer whatever challenges that may/will occur.
