The tenant below me is smoking in their unit and the smell is going everywhere, it's ruining our quality of living.

Again, I am not familiar with these areas, but I assume it would be fairly easy for an investor, and certainly a realtor, to provide this information.But it looks like my bigger problem is becoming more creative in my forum post titles/body.  

Although sometimes a dog house had multiple pets in it and smells like the dog pound!

I initially felt that I would therefore cover the cost of the windshield to help put but the damage to the frame requires more body work to make the car safe and that would cost at least $2500.

The question here is what is the likelihood someone would complain/ a government body would act on it.Even if the current use is illegal, all of this is a bit of a risk/return calculation.

I smell a skunk here.
