I also noticed there were seemingly 'deals' to be had on craigslist.Also like anyone hindsight 20/20 -- Wish I had purchased everything in sight ~ 2012 lol -- I just hope I dont buy and recieve another 2008 tier crash.

I feel that everything in my area is selling for top dollar right now and some realtors feel like the market is gonna crash soon so I'm fearful of not being able to sell it once I finish flipping it and be stuck with it.
