@Gloria Moore have you tried attending any of the local meet ups in the Raleigh/Durham area?

Also, attend any local real estate auctions and pass out flyers of the house.  

Here on bp is a start for finding buyers and also attending local real estate meetups.

If you fear I infringed on the intellectual property rights of others, I assure you, the model home attendant welcomed me to get any design ideas I wanted and to take pictures; and was quite aware that I was not there to buy---they convert lookers to buyers on a regular basis.

@Kim Tucker Thanks Kim, I actually just told my wife 10 minutes ago that I'm going to attend the meeting on Tuesday night for the first time.

Hi Emily, I too am looking for local rei groups to attend in the Queensbury NY area, which is not far from Vermont.

I am going to continue doing my research and hopefully can attend the AZREIA meeting in november/december when I am in town.

Have you been able to find any meetings or groups locally to attend?
