We're in the same boat, my husband is my handy man for all of our rentals.One time I bought a property at the foreclosure auction on a friday and forgot to tell him until that night at dinner... he got mad for a second too until I told him we bought it zero down (using BRRRR) and that it made $750 cash flow per month :)It's great hearing about other couples like us!

I'm flying out to Texas this Friday to go see the property for the first time so excited to see the house almost done. 

Today being Friday, next Monday will be already 5th.

Thank you guys so much for posting about Naca I have an appt set up this friday to see if I qualify.

Also, while supposed to have 48 hours, got emails stating had to sign by end of day (Friday).

I assume problems ensue when it's $159.33 today, $4032 next Friday, $332 the next week, then the following week, throw $4392.99 back in...etc. etc...
