Title company in Michigan

I had a deal come up on Tuesday that needed to close Friday. I ordered title on yesterday and was told that due to the last day of the month and the holiday, I would probably be looking at late next week before getting title back. I decided to close in escrow on Friday and just wait on title to finalize but low and behold to my surprise I had title insurance in my email this morning. I will now be closing in full on this great deal tomorrow.
