There is also a temporary deposit to move in/out - $50 in case of damage to the elevators/common areas.

The way flood insurance is calculated is by comparing the base flood elevation for the area to the elevation of the subject property.

I'll also check with the city about tying in, I'm just concerned about elevation because it's below street level.
