Hello My name is Darrell I am a laboratory supervisor whom is out of work sick at the moment because of pour leg circulation condition that require me to elevate my legs 4 times a day for at least 40 min. I don't know if I can keep my job needing these requirements. Initially I was thinking about filing for disability but I realize I'm not disabled I'm compromised. I feel trying to work for myself will be the best thing for me with the condition that I have.
I have always been interested in real estate my family owns land that I would like to build multifamily homes on but not sure how to get started.
I have been to a few real estate seminars that you hear on the radio that tell you you can make money but than you have to pay them to share their secretes. The last one I went to I could't even ask questions, you had to buy the packet.
I hope this is an opportunity for me to learn real estate!

The only experience I have in real estate is: the house that I own I pay mortgage and property taxes, and the land that I own  I pay property tax. I also watch a lot of HGTV. I am truly a newbie not really sure what questions to ask. I am interested in flipping house and owning multifamily homes.

Glad to be apart of the BP community.
