@Tanya Solomon I will preface this by saying I'm a Aussie, but I see what you mean Tanya and I feel it is more about how we are interpreting the words.Its rare in AU that a contractor would offer to 'help you out', they certainly will do the work.

@Tom Port  As others have said, you need a RE license to market a property that you don't already own.Here's the rub if you get licensed though.
