Lawyer said get them out, not just their vehicles.. thus will press for an expedited EV if possible as its not just me and the UD, but several neighbors complaining about them to local authorities already.Indeed once the Sheriff comes out here to remove them and their property I will call the local police to have obstructions to my right of way removed if still there

Starting next year any police report that is sent into the bureaus will be faxed to that police agent to verify, and if it is fraudulent, it will consider a class A felony and who will feel the heat the consumer.

we threatned three day notice and he said see you in court....he vandlised and stole and there is a police report on the theft(b and e) and the sheriff does nothing....two days ago he called for two sherrifs to come out because he said we locked him out....he had the keys....we were told we would go to jail if we called again....sheriff does not care...ie we are the criminals....unfornatly no backgrown check as he did have a full time job for over a year and he an electrician by trade. we have probable cause to go in to the mobile home but the sheriff office said until we get a 30 day notice (court) we cannot enter the mobile home and the shed....he signed the rental agreement month to month to be paid on or before the 15th of each month.
