Is there a tutorial/explanatory video available somewhere and a standard letter I can send to explain how LOs work?

I've delved into everything from videos, podcasts, articles, and now here at bp. 

I have seen a video on a small wind turbine that fits on your deck.

What are your life changing books and videos? 

I chose to join a team of agents and I've basically got 24/7 access to have them answer any questions that I have and they usually put up weekly training videos.

Right now im starting to educate myself through podcast, audiobooks, and youtube videos.

I watch some YouTube videos and listen to podcasts (mainly Grant Cardone but open to more informative ones, too) and just got his book How to Create Wealth with Real Estate.

I would love to pick your brain about what you like and don’t like from your current photographer, and what can make the whole process of getting videos and photos easier for you.

Something to know BEFORE creating a contract for sure.Just saw a video of young couple who bought SFH in North fL; principle and interest was 460 or 560 / mo ; so that was affordable but then because they were financing the property there was additional unexpected 100. / mo flood insurance.
