For example how many post do we see that Say I live in LA which is expensive and need to look OOS .. and how many post do we see that says I live in Cleveland and I want to invest in LA. ???

I was born and raised in Prescott Valley, which is where my parents still live.

I will be living in one unit and renting the other unit out.

I lived there for 3 years but relocated to Orlando last year to be closer to family.I think Jacksonville is still good overall, but it’s tough to make rentals pencil right now.

I suppose I could combine the two ideas and live in a basement while renting out a 2 bedroom home to a traveling agency. 

If you are living there, then you need to weigh the benefits of having a home, as oppose to renting somewhere else.

Because of this I didn’t state any potential returns… there are too many variables.. would my partner want to live in a unit and run the property themselves and do short term rental?
