hey there @Brad Keller while i am a new member, and have yet to make my first deal, i do have a bit of by proxy experience on this issue from a Canadian friend who was a few years ahead of me going to Purdue. long story short, he graduated and was looking at buying a house in SC i believe.

I don't know if all are available as ebooks but I like material by these authors: John Schaub, Jack Miller, & Gary Keller has a new book called " Hold" You will also want to get educated about property management: Mike Cantu, David Tilney, & Jay Decima I recommend.Also, be careful using LOC for long term holds, rates are low now, but most have adjustable rates.
