It was kind of obvious when the production/delivery numbers were released recently because the announcement was from Austin but glad to have official confirmation.

Typically the attorney that helped you set it up will offer up their address or if you are out of state you will need a registered agent in state to receive official mail, that address will work.  

I have found in Baltimore city as long as you are making a sincere effort to resolve item, various government officials will give you some leeway.
