Every bad deal will compound your move from achieving your goal (if loss of value/negative cash flow).  

Unfortunately I was not prepared to achieve that goal because I didn't have the skills to do it!

I am glad to be working for myself vs the big therapy companies who say they are all about patient care, yet require 90-97.5% productivity from us and expect us to provide quality patient care off the clock to achieve productivity standards.
