The MUCH better option would be to find that good woman (or man) and make a pact to “live like college kids” at least as far as expenses go... you don’t REALLY need that new car, that big shiny engagement ring, the 5-figure wedding, the huge house, etc.

Its free, other than purchasing dinner from Rusty's pizza that provides the venue. 

Unfortunately the monthly meeting was last week but it is the first Wed of the month.  

And you may have seen my home I built on 46 Aiken I sold it to Shep on southern Charm.So you pound craigs list and all those venues and if you have deals you want to flip give me a shout

I haven't been to a meeting at the River City venue but i like the format.Also, I have three killer deals in Riverside that I haven't even emailed to my buyers list yet.

I have meet several people in local REIAS and would like to know if there are other venues or ways to find the note buyers.

I am listing their home here in CA on Wed. and then they are planning getting serious about looking.

We hold them once a month and move venues and dates to help accomodate peoples various schedules and locations.Free to attend.
