I agree@Brian ButterfieldGreat Job,I use to do videos as well because of how you see on the MLS with e virtual tours, but even I tend to skip the vid and go to the rack of pics that may be shown. 

Will you be “on site” because it’s part of what motivates you, or will you be a virtual investor or business owner?

I generally don't ever receive late rent because I use the Venmo payment system for electronic rent payment, which virtually every young person already uses.  

Virtual Wholesale?

Vincent,I respectfully disagree with virtually everything you've said.  

I hire subs on there, photographers, videographers, virtually everything. 

Wholesaling is another option but not easy because there is virtually no barrier to entry as a wholesaler.  

I spend around $2,000 - $3,000 per month in marketing and have a full-time virtual assistant.

I have virtually no assets to protect at this point.
