There are dedicated QI firms like ours that is all we do. 

Why are your using Venmo or Zelle or anything similar to that to collect rent with so many other FREE and DEDICATED systems tailored towards rent collection?

I mean I also don't wanna be overwhelmed with all of this new information/tasks... but I do love a good challenge and will be working part time so I will have time to dedicate toward this project.  

You may also have to make all the required improvements to the infrastructure (i.e. sidewalks, right of way dedications, road widening, sewer, stormwater, etc.) prior to filing for final plat.

On my rentals, I have my dedicated go-tos (Handyman/AC/Carpenter/Drywall/etc)...and have them on speed dial/they have my cc on file.

Had I done a 32 credit masters as opposed to 48, I could have saved about $2,000 and had a full extra year to dedicate towards real estate instead of homework. 

You want someone doing your loan that will make a commission, because that person is going to be 100% dedicated to getting your deal done and to make sure you are completely happy.I will go price to price with credit unions all day and win the vast majority of the time.

Raising capital is a lot more difficult than I thought and we need to dedicate more time, money, and resources on doing it more effectively.

If you have listened to many of them so far, you'll know that there have been people who with time and dedication and focus have gone from situations worse than yours (i.e. actually broke, jobless, and homeless) to successful in real estate.
