I know it sounds kind of risky but this doesnt sound like a bad project given todays uncertain residential and commercial markets because the rental rates are already covered by travelers in the hotel.

When a 70 years old woman loses her house of 17 years to a predatory lender who did not explain to her what is 30/7 fix rate loan (CNN 11/22) I'm happy that there are judges the "Legislate from the bench" that way!!!!

I tried to find the actual legislation this morning but only found earlier HAMP information that pertained more to loan modifications for homeowners, not short sale scenarios.

With all the changes going on it would be nice to have a weekly re-cap of legislative actions.

The purpose of the legislation was to free agents and appraisers from outside undue influences to arrive at a specific value or cutoff amount to make a deal fly, so keeping that in context should allow some leeway to reasonable communications and assisting with suggested comps.

Can you please provide a link to where this is articulated in the legislation?

This is bad legislation and counter productive to the legitimate cause of combating illegal immigration.
