@Peter O.I am not sure if my kids are not paid enough flipping burgers, my solution would be to pay them to stay home and blame the restaurants for not paying them enough.And if I am not willing to do this with my own money, I am certainly not thrilled that’s how everyone’s tax money is being spent.

step & I am sure inspiring to many on here.I work with a number of developers and asset owners, and one of the common things we see seems to be what you're pointing to — the handover processes can be disjointed, especially as some folks in this industry are less thrilled to use technology like Slack for communication.

Hopefully I won't need the money to live on at that point, or have to do any of the rehabbing, but I think the thrill of finding a good deal and locking it in will still be there!
