Hello Everyone,I am trying to purchase a house and I have subscriptions to Property Shark and been doing a google search for properties.I found a few and they are abandoned and neglected and a few are Les pedins.I would like to purchase them, would I head downtown to the county clerk?

Not doing a Promo for Roddy's Real Estate Reports - but if you have interest in foreclosures in one of the major Texas Metros (DFW, Austin, San Antonio) and they just expanded to El Paso, it might be worth investing in his subscription service.

I've done that multiple times for various subscriptions that had some asinine cancellation term buried in their 6pt font 20 page terms and conditions, and for companies that made cancelling impossible because of a lack of responsiveness.

They actually use the DealMachine app and add them in their account it’s a good way to track them and you get most of the public information of the property right away but requires a subscription.
