When a Property is Abandoned and you Want to Purchase it

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to purchase a house and I have subscriptions to Property Shark and been doing a google search for properties.

I found a few and they are abandoned and neglected and a few are Les pedins.

I would like to purchase them, would I head downtown to the county clerk?

What are the steps to get this property?

What if that does not work?

How can I get more details about how much the property is worth, what they owe? Etc
