Its in a rural town, good location, pads, streets in place, electric run.

Actually added a second property down the street to maximize our property management fees.

Anyway, we would need a street or a subdivision to say much anyway. 

As with all of Baltimore, it depends on what side of the street you are on. 

It used to have a house on it (now torn down, cleared away, and completely vacant), and is on a street with decent homes (80k house prices, 1100 rents). 

These GC's were building almost identical homes a few streets down so they know what they are doing and I can see their finished products.

I've stopped using it in general.I used to describe a property's immediate area as a "quiet, tree-lined street."

That's great news for my apartments down the street! 

A six unit building with seven parking spaces with everyone home plus your vehicle could mean a visitor may not find street parking and the only thing they may remember is "the place we had to double parked".I have done the open house style with a twist. 

I've been drooling over this duplex, it's expensive, and on a bit of a busy street, but it's in a great area probably 20 min downtown by express bus.
