It's starting to seem like none of the numbers are going to work until the market goes through a correction, or I start throwing in low-ball offers and getting creative.The scary thing is I'm finding myself secretly hoping that the market crashes so that I can get started.  

Life is short, time is ticking away while you sleep, no one gets out of here alive, and the big secret that most people will never get their heads around is... there is no downside.

And then, go from there.Seems to me, if you're excited to be granted a seemingly secret inner circle knowledge of what's on the MLS, why not get that information the LEGITIMATE way - become a Realtor?

I won't tell you exactly how I do that because it's something of the "secret sauce" in my business model.A percentage of the leads I find will get listed at something close to an ARV within 3 - 6 months after the probate case is opened.

It will cost a bit more but the secret is not that they make money on the install.

There is no franchise to buy, there isn't even a secret sauce.
