I have 2 tenants who were in eviction before this hit and they're riding out the moratorium, so they don't really count. 

I'm hoping that if I pay it off now it will ride the market up when the market eventually goes up. 

We are in for a bumpy ride, and like Account Closed mentioned it will probably take 3-6 months to really start showing up.

This is the most dangerous part because you then invite others into your ship to come along for the ride and you don’t notice the other ships led by experienced captains coming into harbor because you are too busy touting your horn of successful voyages.

There is not a good option besides riding it out.

Put yourself in a strong position where you can ride out the storm.

The COVID-19 panic is damaging a lot of businesses but it's smarter to ride it out in my opinion. 

Wet drywall caused $4,800 in damages to a car--WOW.Hail can damage a car, but its very hard and falling in small balls.Maybe it's a Mercedes SL convertible with the top down, that might be expensive, but the exterior of cars are made to take some severe weather.Wet drywall seems like it would be heavy, but more like a wet piece of cardboard than hail.

If they shutdown short term rentals in my area, then I will likely go to my STR which is a lake house, work remote, and be able to fish and ride my jet skiis.
