I have asked my real-estate agent to supply a list, but I'm wondering if this information is publicly available some where as a database.I guess alternatively I could just drive around my target area on google maps street view and make my own map, but this would take quite a while...Cheers,Tom

What she also told me was that the courses whether online or classroom don't really teach "how to be an agent", like the perception that one needs to have when dealing with clients.

I am looking to invest into wholesaling so I must need a lot of publication and advertising.  

And if you did that, wouldn't it make public record that you have been transferred equitable interest.

Now its time to really get started.My overall goals are to build sustainable wealth with real estate while providing a service to the general population in the form of property recycling (bring properties back to usable form for the public) and buy and hold rentals (providing solid housing for people and families).As far as progress, my wife and I are currently in our first house hack - living in, refurb, plan to rent.

The truth is David, and you have called me up on this before here in the forums, previously I had worked for one of Funding for Flipping's competitors, and was tasked with diminishing their public opinion.

Does getting the list allow you to scoop these before they are public?

Being a realtor you have access to MLS and other sites that give more accurate information that the public doesn't have.

@Walter Purdy I am also new to BP and would love to get more information about attending your monthly networking events (if they are open to the public) please keep me posted on those.
