This property will become our primary residence while we turn our current home into a rental.I met the HOA president on the phone today, who informed me that the exterior of all of the units have recently been painted and my unit is the last one in the community that hasn't had this done. 

The RICH Club is the oldest and only non-profit but I'm biased, I'm the President!  

I'm the HOA president of a 144 unit complex.  

As a former HOA president of eight years, I would recommend you avoid condos in an HOA.

I'm actively looking for a couple more properties in the area and have found only one area thus far that made me uneasy or question my safety and that was the president streets in Phoenix, they were pretty sketchy. 

@John Matthews is the President of Operations for my real estate investment company and he has done a phenomenal job getting our direct mail campaign to produce off-market properties for us.

All I found was Rocon of Bella Vista, LLC is a Florida based LLC, and the "president's" name as well as a New Jersey address.
