On paper, the loan was deeply underwater (like 300% underwater) so the Harvard-grad MBA with deep analytical tools just discarded it as worthless.

If you don't love what you do, naturally a sane person will give up when times get really tough.I studied business as an undergrad and got my MBA with a real estate concentration even though I was in a completely different industry at the time.

Talk to the local university advisors in those "high level" programs like grad, mba, law, med etc and they'll likely give you great info on when classes start, let you advertise on their bulletin boards and/or webpages.
