Just wrapped up team meeting with realty group, reviewing numbers for the Twin Cities MN market and I have to say as far as "housing market collapse"'s go, this one is doing a horrible job at it, although I assume the doom preachers will now move into the chapter 2 book of "apocalyptic talk 101" which is "but yeah, it's just around the corner.........". 

That being said, I know that I’m horribly prone to paralysis analysis and my wife and I have set a goal to purchase 1 SFR by the end of 2020.

Hello all, Today, I went to see a duplex today, and what I witnessed was....horrible to say the least.

It was horrible. 

You can have great wifi and horrible internet bandwidth or the other way around.

It's just horrible if things go south and not only would you lose a business partner, but a family member also.  

The ones that still do only go up to 60-65% LTV but the rates are horrible. 

Hence the act of putting up a bunch of quick questions and submitting the post 10 times before the horrible network will actually let me post.
