Christian T. How can I get a better response rate??
24 March 2013 | 23 replies
You can do 100 different things, from handwriting envelopes, fake express mailers and everything else that costs money but volume is king.I send out the same letter, on a self mailer, yellow, pink or white - doesn't make a difference, I will get the same reply rate all the time. 1.5% should be a lock, 2-5% will come with better data. For example if you pull credit data, showing 12 90 day late's, you can catch them before they go to a short sale, or the bank work's out a deal.
