When possible, I like to leave some bottled water in the fridge and some non-perishable food items (bags of nuts, individually packaged bags of chips or popcorn, etc) with a note welcoming them.Toiletries are also a good idea...like the size and quantity you would find in a good hotel.

I think the biggest hindrance is the ability for companies to ramp up production fast enough to produce high enough quantities.

Type 1 actually consists of two different types:1a) Large companies committed to profits, offering low and/or flat fees to get investors to hire them in mass quantities, but are using poorly trained offshore workers to handle everything remotely.1b) large companies committed to service, not offering teaser rates, so they have the cashflow to offer better services.
