I've really got no dog in this fight, just trying to avoid the mass stereotyping (in supercharged, loaded blog posts) of people living in a strong and vibrant town.  

I'm glad that you've made the decision to create a vibrant abundant future for yourself as well :D 

Portugal is also one of the best countries for buying a house, because it has clear and transparent tax rules and offers facilities for obtaining residence permits, as part of new legal provisions that are more attractive to foreign investors.It also has a special regime for non-habitual residents, aimed at attracting foreign investors through very favourable income tax rates.

Also my lease states 3 late payments in any 6 month period is considered habitually late and eviction proceedings may follow.Ill have to look into the "peir diem" rent when filing the complaint, im not familiar with that at all.
