BP just started a Community called PassivePockets (full disclosure, they started it through acquiring my company Left Field Investors) - and the mission of the Community is to help LP investors learn and grow together. 

I wouldn't have gotten to where I am now without the support of this group.In addition to all the learnings that helped start and grow a portfolio, I also connected with a lot of motivated individuals across the country who I continue to connect with to discuss opportunities.

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business.

It’s a great strategy for new investors to start growing their wealth without feeling overwhelmed.

So not its going to be harder to grow because you've also limited your lending possibilities.
