@Connor Heaton, I agree with Gino, that some HOAs cover exterior items, and some only cover certain items.But beyond, the specific items covered by this HOA, they will also want to understand how well funded the HOA currently is for items.

I have a professional maintain it, and it is a charge (in the rent) not a line item so it's 'included' as my LTR is also in an HOA and I do not tolerate lazy/ non compliant tenants.
