So by this logic, email marketing doesn't work because of spam filters, direct mail doesn't work because of the dog that chases the postman, and word of mouth doesn't work during cold and flu season?

However, the UI (User Interface) screams SPAMMY, GIMMICKY, SCAM, and possibly something you can catch viruses on!

Once things start to break it spreads through the financial system like a virus and w/ all the leverage in the system no one knows how long or deep the upcoming recession will be and what it will affect.

Hence, the Corona Virus, a great case in point.I know of real stories where the market shifted and investor friends of mine had their money tied up for years.

Just remember during this virus thing , you get first month and deposit , if the rent stops you cant evict for who knows how long .
