I don't mess with trying to find a new tenant around christmas.

Yeah, the posts that ask for realtors are inviting an opportunity, but I would still answer the question and let them DM or else you will get stuck in one of their ten interviews.

Do not expect them to be proactive in their communication when it comes to renewing leases or anything else.There have been 3 instances where accounting has messed up on my account resulting in more than or less than the normal amount being deposited into my bank account.

They can bring you these opportunities before anyone else, thus improving your odds of closing a deal.
