@Julie MarquezThis is a very interesting strategy....I've always considered switching over from 1 year leases to month-to-month, just for the ease of rent increases, move out notices, and general lease changes. 

It eases my mind a bit about potentially buying this property to use as a rental until we could decide what to do with the foundation.
