At some point, the books and podcasts become a distraction from taking action that will lead to your goals.

Personally I prefer social media marketing and that is my strength, so I try to not get too distracted by FSBOs and Expired's.

I stopped using for a little while, found I have enough to do in my day, and don't want to lose money because I am distracted.

Life has been distracting lately and I've really needed to focus myself back on the RE and the goal of Financial Independece thru RE (FIRE?).
