@Wei Jie Yang, that depends on a lot of factors. 

Typically investors go with demo, main mechanics (plumbing, electric, HVAC) then the cosmetic stuff (drywall, floors, kitchen, etc).That's the basics.

The second thing I learned was how to remodel, including demo, working with contractors for the things I couldn't do, like some plumbing and electrical, and general home ownership things such as taxes and basic maintenance.

Messaged a couple of individual members about this but my seasoned flip partner is telling me that demo by himself and his crew members in a bathroom that will cost $8000 to redo is up to 20% of that figure, or $1600.

According to the Interfuse demo videos the layout and controls seemed easier to use then a podio, I was actually excited about it until I read your review, so that was a bummer. 

Just demo, new lighting and drywall.

Also it takes the timing pressure off so we can really make sure we do the rehab right (we can even do some demo ourselves). 

What kind of flooring demo is needed?
