House also has a single car garage but its a complete loss as the foundation is compromised and the whole garage has a lot of structural issues.  

My thinking is I want to increase my pipeline and look at more deals while others are staying away from real estate without compromising my deal criteria.

It is safe to say his IG is compromised.

Or is there is some sort of compromise we haven't thought of?

The compromise I made is, my property is located in a very, very small, but neat, clean town, with neighbors' houses showing pride of ownership.

Bear in mind there is 1 multi-family on the MLS in Baltimore County right now and its an auction - you may find it hard to get what you want without compromising on something. 

I knew what I wanted before I began looking, and I did not compromise.

Compromise?

Compromising the integrity of the individual performance of each property in favor of fewer loans and a bump in cash flow isn't worth it.

My neighbor doesn't seem to think that his sewer line is the problem, so we finally agreed to split the cost of a camera inspection of his sewer line to see if it is compromised or not.My biggest issue is what to do if he does not want to fix his sewer line, which I believe is causing sewage to backup on both of our properties (mostly on mine).
