Questions: 1) Is this a good structure OR should I keep Operations LLC (Y) separate from Parent Holding LLC (X) and not under it to avoid any legal complications ?

This makes for a complicated system.

Perhaps displaying it in a format like a TD Ameritrade or other investing site.

If you are also doing an insane amount of volume that could be different too but seems like it would be over complicating it with hiring and managing people.

Now I have gone to Zillow and and other sites like that to look for properties.

A rep from historical zoning  felt the most knowledgeable and thinks short-term rentals are not allowed and that the only thing that is technically allowed is a bed and breakfast where the owner or their agent would have to be on site.

Rentometer: $3,868Redfin: $4,173Zillow: $6,233The problem is the sites have no idea about the condition of the unit or the configuration.
