If you have a high income and can support 2 mortgages with your DTI, then providing a solid LOE for your circumstance may suffice.

Couple of details that would help the community here: what's your estimated value of house "A", the loan balance, and monthly rent?

I definitely recommend connecting with an STR community in the CO area, because it's great to meet other people doing the same thing and bounce ideas off of one another.

Another thing I am doing right now is looking for a mentor to help with my strategy, but in the meantime I thought I'd make a post and hear what BP investors would do in my shoes.For my situation, I am 26 and I have a very low income (55-65k annual) for my household and a growing family of 5 to support.
