My name is Michael Perry and I am brand new to real estate investing. I've been researching real estate investing and came across this forum. The BRRRR method and house flipping strategies have really caught my interest. I don't have much capitol myself so I'm trying to find ways to raise capitol and/or make a deal that doesn't require much capitol. I love researching and gaining knowledge from people who are more experienced than I am. I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can from this space!
