Cash out refi question

Posted

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

Jermaine here! I'm relatively new to the real estate game with three properties with roughly one year of equity. My question is "for anyone with this particular experience" Is it a far fetched idea to do a cash out refi on house "A" to payoff some personal debt and large payment on house "B" to knock down the principal? Just trying to figure out what's the next best move. Thnx in advance for any insight!

@Jermaine Washington Glad I could help! A big part of succeeding in this game is simply staying in the game.

Make sure to take the lessons from this experience so it’s not in vain:

• Always keep reserves.

• Stay liquid.

• And prioritize managing your money effectively.

You’ve got this!

 BINGO! Stay in the cash.
