Many family members view parks the way society does, as the unwanted child and don't want them when but because they are not pretty.

What I'm really worried about is that they have a child with respiratory issues and the perception/reality of soot and chemicals smells getting into the fabric couch etc.  

i am easy going and work with their schedule. i always pay and the checks always clear. i am compassionate and often times i get them lunches and coffees. sometimes i dont even ask them to come back and fix what they missed cause i dont want to piss them off.i had a guy for the last 3 months that was making $15/hr and would do anything. he was late on his child support a few times and i always came through. today for the first time i told him "the tenant can not be bothered so many times (multiple items on a punch list). we need to go in there and get it done in one day". so he told another guy that i put "too much pressure on him and he can not work with me anymore". i was stepping on eggshells around this guy not wanting to upset him and always played by his rules even when i didn't agree...am i crazy for being nice to guys that i'd suppose (speculating) are used to being treated like child's diaper? 

She is also a good, kind person and raised her child in the same apartment from infancy to adulthood.

PA's intestate succession law would have had the surviving spouse and only child split the deed upon the mothers death.

As you might expect this property was quick claim deeded  from something like parents to child       That's really why I found it      If I see a normal warranty deed I only do a current owner  search 

I have found (through research) a few cons to Tax Deed properties   For example mortgage's and most liens are 'wiped out' by the auction but the buyer will still be liable for and State or Federal liens, like child support, state tax liens etc.

If I keep waiting to learn the perfect way to do everything, that's time wasted not sending out mailers, not driving for dollars, not bringing in prospects, not qualifying leads, not getting houses on contract, and not closing deals.Would you tell a child they cannot walk if they fell over the first time?  

In my specific case, I am setting aside money for 401K, retirement and 529 plan for child's education.

I am looking to purchase a second owner-occupied property as a co-owner with my other child.
